I got three bids for the replacement of my broken gas main line. They were the only reasonable one cost wise. I’m a renter so have no idea how long it will take IF a new one is approved. But we are still in Summer and it is HOT. Terence came the next day (a Saturday) and brought me a huge indoor cooler to borrow. I rent through a property management company so he knows HE MIGHT NOT EVEN GET THE JOB TO PUT A NEW ONE IN (so annoying), but he just said call him when I’m good and he’ll pick it up then! That’s crazy nice! I can’t be more appreciative, and will use/recommend this company whenever I can (and I hope property management does too). For several years, Terence and Go Green plumbing have been our "go to" resource for all of our plumbing projects. These include the installation of a new Navien boiler for our radiant floor heating system, installation of a new Navien on demand hot water heater, the conversion of our home from propane to natural gas, and many smalller jobs. In every instance, Terence has impressed us with his knowledge, expertise, quality of work, attention to detail, reliability, and honesty. He is also very courteous, kind and responsible. For example, in one instance, he drove to the east mountains in his personal vehicle, on a friday evening, through a snow storm because our radiant floor heat wasn't working optimally and he was worried we would be without sufficient heat. He was up front and honest, and able to help us quickly and figure out a repair plan as soon as possible to get our air conditioner back up and running within a few days. Since that time they have provided us with consistent 5 Star equipment and service for our residence. This company checks all the boxes: courteous, on time appointments, great work ethic, absolutely competent, and enjoyable people to work with. Additionally their prices are fair and they are thorough, yet not pushy. MOST IMPORTANT!!!! Just like everything else the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing fields are as much today about new technologies and their related benefits as they are about having the right tools for the job. These folks are as good as it gets with a tool in their hand, however it is their extensive application and product knowledge that sets them apart from the other companies we have worked with in the past. This is an important benefit one gains when doing business with them. It really is nice to know that when something requires service and or replacement (and it will happen, and usually at the worse time) that we have Go Green to take care of our home. They all are very professional. They are all about doing a great job and taking care of the clients. It’s not all about money with them. I highly recommend Go Green Plumbing over anyone else in Albuquerque. Go Green installed an HVAC system for us, They were polite, on time and always called to tell us they were on their way. The system works beautifully. They even fixed a completely unrelated issue while in our home just because they could. I highly recommend this company. The cost was thousands of dollars less than the companies that advertise on TV. Do your homework before engaging anyone to do a big job. There is a small issue with the thermostat but I'm confident that will be handled as quickly and professionally as the rest of the job - they will be our go to plumber for everything our home needs in the future
